Aquarol Slatted Covers

In winter the Aquarol slatted covers will keep the leaves, dirt and debris out of the water and they reduce maintenance and cleaning costs. The slatted swimming pool cover also has excellent heat retention qualities as it keep the heat in the water at night. There will also be less algae growth in the water.

The cover will save 80% of your energy costs because you won't need to keep heating up the pool so often. Due to sun light, the solar profile even heats up the temperature of the water. If the swimming pool is indoors the Aquarol cover will reduce the atmospheric humidity and at the same time protect the interior paintwork of your room.

If you already have a swimming pool installing a Aquarol is not a problem. If the pool is a new construction then again it can be integrated into the design.

Aquarol covers offer 2 profiles. The P60 with the dimensions of 60x14mm for solar performance and the P45 with the dimensions of 75x17mm, both available in 4 colours. The colour choices are Azure blue, Vanilla, Grey and White. The slats click together which simplifies the assembly of the cover.

The P60 solar profile has a shape that gives great strength. This profile hinges only downwards and is therefore only useful for underwater applications. This is because solar profiles can't be exposed to direct sunlight without warping, even whilst in the water (except when the filter is running). They are provided with a ‘closed hinge point’ which prevents dirt sticking to the slats and build-up of algae forming between the profiles.

The P75 slats hinge up as well as down which could be applied for external as well as for underwater covers systems. It also allows you to install this cover to existing pools.

All profiles are made in-house in the factory and are NF-ISO certified. Exposure to the sun would normally deteriorate plastic. But, by the use of improved UV-stabilised granulate, the profiles will function after many years of use.
