Vinyl Liner Cut & Pool Filled

The liner is cut around the bottom drain and secured so water tight, then the pool is filled with water and when the level is just under the lights/inlet valves/skimmer in turn the holes are cut and secured water tight so they can all work. This is done as it is filled to ensure the cuts are exactly in the right place as the water pulls the vinyl tight against the walls.
