Steam Rooms

There is nothing better than a steam room to enjoy with family and friends at home, so Helo's Roma Steam Cabin is ideal as its modular construction using durable, lightweight, plastic panels offers significant benefits over traditional tiled rooms.

These steam rooms come in a variety of sizes suited to domestic home situations - the 1.6m² and 2m x 1m models which seat four adults in comfort are particularly popular.

The steam cabins are a free standing structure, you have only to provide the space and a drained floor for HELO to assemble your steam room with the minimum of fuss. The exterior may then be finished in the decor of your choice.
Once installed the steam room is always ready to use in around 10 minutes, the plastic moulded seats are warm and cleverly shaped to double as a bench for complete relaxation.
The continuous smooth white panels are easy to keep clean and there are no worries over dirty grout, cracked tiles etc as with more traditionally built steam rooms.
Superb insulation means a lower powered generator, usually less that half the kW required for conventional steam rooms.

When deciding where you want your new steam room please bear in mind that you will need to:

allow a 1m clearance in width and depth to enable assembly
a waterproof floor (tiled, Altro etc) with a continuous fall 1:40 approx to a central 40mm diameter drain outlet laid before assembly
100mm dia high level ventilation duct to outside air
a place for the wall mounted steam generator (5m maximum from steam room)
plus an electric & water supply
