Swim Spa Delivery & Installations

When delivering and installing our swimspas we would firstly check out the access to site. This would establish if we can either move the unit manually on trolleys or if it can be lifted with a hi-ab into position. Worse-case scenario would mean that we need to use a crane. This could make the installation costly so we first try to see if there is another route to your desired location before we investigate a local crane company. Sometimes there is access through a neighbours garden, adjacent field or just a matter of removing a few fence panels that make life so much easier!

Our Swim Spas are delivered to your address on a vehicle with a hi-ab. The Swim Spa will be pushed on trolleys from the unloading point to the final destination. It will either be placed onto a prepared concrete slab or lowered into a prepared chamber. Depending on the type of installation you opt for. No allowance is made for additional lifting equipment should access dictate it necessary. This would be an additional cost to the client.

When delivering your Swim Spa we act responsibly and take reasonable care to ensure there is no damage to your property whilst unloading and installing the Swim Spa. However no responsibility can be accepted for consequential damage to plants, trees, gates and fences.

Once in position the Swim Spa will be filled and all pumps and equipment connected. A cable will be installed to connect the Swim Spa control panel to the pre-installed 32 amp water proof power connection. The unit will then be left running. If commissioning is not possible on the day of delivery we will return when circumstances permit. Please check what the charge this would be for this service.

All site preparation and ground work is the responsibility of the customer. The provision of the necessary power supply is also the responsibility of the customer. This must be carried out by a fully qualified electrician.

Although the Swim Spa will come with a hard insulation cover which is made up of three sections we do offer a floating heat retention blanket and reel as an optional extra. If this is something that you may be interested in we can price this as a separate item. If the Swim Spa is being installed indoors and being used on a daily basis the floating blanket can be used for ease. The rigid cover supplied with the swim spa can be used if the unit is not being used regularly or you are away for a few days.

Delivery from receipt of order is generally 4-5 weeks.

If you want to install it inground it will come without a cabinet and be embedded into the ground as a classic pool. But whereas a pool takes several weeks to build, the installation of the swim spa is a matter of a few hours!
