The Following information is only applicable to goods ordered through our online store.


The charges for delivery are as follows for UK Mainland:

Carriage is charged at a flat rate of £6.50.

If £70 or more is spent the carriage is free.

Orders placed before 3pm will be usually be dispatched the same day for next working day delivery.

Orders received after 3pm will be dispatched the following day for next working day delivery.

Any order received for dispatch outside of the UK mainland may incur a variable additional cost.



Return of Damaged, Faulty or Incorrectly Ordered Goods

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please notify us immediately so that we can arrange for the dispatch of a replacement at no additional cost to you. If you do not want a replacement, we will arrange for collection of the goods and issue you with a full product refund.

Should we inadvertently dispatch the wrong goods, please notify us immediately so that we may rectify the problem, again at no additional cost to you. We will collect the goods and either send a replacement or provide you with a full refund.

If you order the wrong products and do not realise until delivery, please notify us and we will arrange to collect and deliver the correct products. In this case we will charge you for the additional carriage and will be happy to quote the required costs should this situation arise. These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.


Refunds and Cancellation

You have the right to return your order up to 14 working days after receipt without giving a reason.

We will either make collection arrangements or you can return unused goods to us for a refund.

Should we need to arrange for collection, a charge will be made to cover the carriage costs.

Collection charges only apply to unwanted goods and not faulty goods.

Please note that due to the nature of our chemical products, we cannot accept returns if the items have been opened and the security seal broken.
